she's an 'ice yokai' yellow eyes dress in kimono that guards master(rikuo nura). her partner aotabo(kurata) guards rikuo nura pretty well ...

human form
when she became the  human form she look like this .... her ice looks purple and have a little fight with rikuo's friend kana ienaga.




my opinion
yuki onna/tsurara oikawa its not realy strong. but if she 
work with aotabo/kurata I think ... yeah sure! why not ?
